If you score loads and concede loads, and hardly score but hardly concede, it kinda evens out dosen't it.

I'd go for scoring more just because the more entertaning teams go for scoring. You get the boring teams like Blackburn and Stoke who are very good defensivly but hardly score and goals.

Well in League title modes in Britain anyway if you have a goal difference of plus 30 each or so, the Goal difference that scores more goals would win the title if point were all level

I think Watford have proven that scoring loads is more important
