Took over when we were bottom of the league, kept us up by quite a points margin and attracted players such as Dexter Blackstock to the club.
1st full season in charge he finished 3rd with what was the youngest squad in the league. Also signed quality players such as Preston Legend Paul McKenna, Paul Anderson, Majewski etc. Got to Play Off Semi's.
Now in his 2nd season, currently 8th, 2 games in hand which will see us get to 3rd/4th with wins. Signed World Class players such as Ramsey and Tudgay, and just beat Derby 5-2.

Exactly, he does deserve credit for that. He didn't do well at Preston and that's why he got sacked, but he did really well at Posh with back-to-back promotions.
