I find this quite a surprise sacking, i wasn't really expecting this. What are your thoughts on it?

He was hired because Kilby doesn't like parting with his money. He got two teams relegated in one season.

Burnley aren't a Premier League team anymore, won't be for a while, and even if they were, they aren't attractive enough for a manager like that.
