It's fucking pish. It's almost fucking impossible to string passes together at lower league teams. Once again Lower League teams' fatigue is a fucking joke. They play a game and are fucked for the next. Changing player is ridiculous, I sometimes have to press L1 five times to get to the player nearest the ball. Momentum IS in the game.

Now for the biggest Manager Mode fuck up, money.

I had a problem with previous MMs being too easy to build up millions in lower leagues. It's gone from one extreme to the other.

I've got from League 2 to the Championship so far. Because my board won't give me enough money to buy players that are better than my current one's, I go for loan signings (as many season long loans as you want aswell ). But here's the fuck up. Money that goes into loan players wages DOES NOT go back to your club.

For example, I change my budget from like £500k to around 15k wages. I offer those wages to Lansbury or Shelvey or someone. That should mean at the end of the loan, that 15k goes back into my wage pot, or is atleast split. But it doesn't, it still acts like they're playing for me and only gives me a shite extra 300k and 3k wages each season.

Comparing that to other offers like Ipswich offered me 3.5million and 149k wages. My club others me 300k and 3k wages.

They punish you for staying loyal.

I only play Clubs on there. I heard PES has a good master league, and I usually get that in the January sales. I know PES is shite, I even admit that it's shiter than Fifa, but I still play it, I dunno why.

It's literally sunday league level.

Every game I've played is almost 50-50 possession. Highest I've seen is 48%, no joke.

It's miles better than 10, but not better than 09.

The best football game i've played is 07. A load of bugs, glitches, terrible graphics for the PS2 but it has tons of fun in it.

Even my virtual pro is fucked however. I can't get over 6.4 anymore. My average rating was 7.6, now its 6.9 and I have dropped out of the top 100 on the defence leaderboards.
I make a thread on the new ea forums, no answer. I pm ea-pride, he answers me with a question, I answer him with a question, he ignores me.

Sure, some of the gameplay is slick...but everything else completely sucks.

No way EA is every getting my money again.

There is so much that needs improving, but I still love it.

TBH the real reason I think this part of the forum is dead is because it used to be all the idiots who were the majority on this part on the old forum. Now they're gone the FIFA section is dead.

I love it, much, much better than 10 and Ultimate Team being free is even better. The game has never been better gameplay wise aswell as presentation and those other aspects. Only thing that is worse is Be A Pro seasons has become crap.

I disagree, the gameplay in FIFA 08 was prob the most realistic representation of football.

The defensive AI in the past few years has been a joke (esp FIFA 11) - take one example of the last man in defense always keeping the whole opposition side onside, they're clueless.

Ping pong still exists and the major problem this year is pressure, OMG it is bad...seriously there's no midfield play at all and when you try to play possession you'll continually get bullied off the ball by guys just smashing into you, like I said earlier, it's like a rugby game.

They really need to sort the tackling and pressure systems out so it isn't all automated and will hopefully require skill to perform good tackles and pressure opponents.

Personality plus is nice though as well as the tackling animations.

Did you play the WC game? that was fun!

anyone also hate how the past few years basically the easiest route to goal is to pass it up as quickly as possible to your most furthest forward player, play a quick one-two with a supporting player (chip it over the defensive line - which are perfect passes 90% of the time)....and your on goal.

It's a joke, everybody does it (including myself) because it is soo easy. In reality those little chipped ball are extremely hard to pull off and the defensive react much better than they do in the game..

Yea ping pong passing is still possible but I never encounter it online, plus I usually just play against my mates.

I disagree about there being no midfield play and it being impossible to play possession because thats exactly how I play and it works for me.

If you have a defender pressuring you and fighting for the ball just turn away and pass it off easy, I find it so easy just to dribble through defenses without trick, you just have to utulise the 360 movement.

Holding down A or X doesn't take skill but slide tackling takes skill and having that skill in your pocket is pretty useful as its saved me many times, I use it to block shots by throwing myself infront of the defender but not necessarily tackling him, works a charm, I do it a couple times every game.

World Cup game was alright, didn't seem anything special to me though.

Yeah the dribbling is great, esp with the skilled dribblers - don't need any skills at all.

I still disagree with the possession thing though, you probably don't feel the pressure because as you say you play you're mates. Most guys online have their pressure on full & it's insane, even if you try to hold the ball up some other guy (second man press) will just come & bowl through you..

The whole defensive system for me needs a whole lotta of work ..

it took me 3 weeks solid playing to get used to the way PES looks and plays. played FIFA11 at the weekend and i just couldn't go back now! when i first got PES2011 i didnt like the way the players moved but im used to it now and it seems almost as if you have to plan every single step which i like. i found FIFA to be too fluid in players movements - like they were gliding everywhere!

FIFA 11 is better than 10 but its gone off the boil. way too many flaws! PES is still flawed its far from perfect but i think its the better game! i have every kit and every name correctly edited too.

Offsides are ridiculous on this game.

Referees being inconsistent is the worst thing ever thought of.

Glitches/lag and clubs are all worse than Fifa 10.

Nah I'm on the xbox mate. Even when I'm not playing mates though I still don't usually come across the pressure problem, something more common is people abusing the one-two between their strikers to get by me. Pisses me off at first when the score but then I calm down and adjust to it by just picking one defender and dropping back I can stop it pretty easily.
