Not all that often does a team from the third tier in Estonia make it to Europe but these guys are as they will play champions league qualified Levadia Tallinn in the final on May 17. In Estonia the league runs from the Spring to Fall but the Cup runs from Fall to Spring so when the 2013/14 Estonian Cup started FC Tartu was actually in the 4th tier!
