Giroud is on 19 goals.  I'm fairly certain they weren't being genuine with the next two, and I don't think anyone predicted what would happen to Liverpool this season correctly.

So why isn't it conceivable that he can score 21 league goals ? Those player got 17, 19, 18, 16 and 21 league goals and they didn't have anywhere near the quality service Giroud will be getting. I said that he would get more than those players if he had the service of two of the best creators in the league. I assume I was referencing two of Özil, Cazorla and Ramsey. All three of those have been injured for significant portions of the season, hence it is expected that he won't surpass the aforementioned players. In hindsight, the 24 goals by Darren Bent may have been out of reach for him but I genuinely would have expected him to outscore the others had we been more fortunate with injuries.

There is no "if" in your post.

I could have told you that your players would get injured. In fact, I did.

It's common knowledge that Arsenal players get injured, and you know that, so you would have factored that in, even if it was subconsciously.

Please don't presume to speak on my behalf. I clearly said that he will surpass the aforementioned players with the support of two of the best creators in the league. All three of Ramsey, Özil and Cazorla played 32 leagues games or more last season. I expected that they would reach a similar tally yet none of them will come close.
