Top 4 race discussion thread

Everton losing today means they remain 8 points behind Liverpool, in 4th, which could potentially be 11 points if Liverpool beat Swansea. They are effectively out of the race if that happen, imo. They are also 5 points behind Spurs, who are only 3 points behind Liverpool.

Liverpool and Spurs in action tomorrow.

Think it'll be as it stands in the top 4. Who wins the league is another matter entirely.

Expecting us to beat Swansea comfortably. A few days ago, I was sure we'd thrash them, but they impressed me against Napoli.

2 beautiful goals to put us up 2-0 so far. Swansea are passing through us with relative ease, though. A bit concerning.

Half time, Liverpool 3-2 Swansea. Swansea really are passing right through us in midfield, as if we're not even there. It's ridiculous. Hope we sort that out, otherwise it's going to end badly.

Turned out to be a very big win for us. What a stupid, infuriating game. We were dismal at defending.

Spurs lose to Norwich. Liverpool 6 points clear in 4th. Get in.

At least we are showing signs of having some mental strength, if a certain lack of quality.  Not sure which one will be more important.
