Eh, you never do, not like it drastically changed your life or anything, but I think once you join a forum it becomes a thing you just sorta do, like when you join Myspace and then go to Facebook, then twitter, then instagram. It just happens.

The only other place I visit with any frequency is reddit but that's like an all in one jumbo forum

I'm fucking up man. I finished just on time but the assignment closed right as I was sending it in. Man, I'm fucking up. I'm fucking retaking this class because I failed it last year too. Well I didn't fail it, I got a D but that's like failing because you need a c or better.

Depends which ones you go on. The smaller subreddits tend to have a more concentrated set of higher quality members. Most of the bigger ones (2m+ subscribers) are a total cesspit.

Sounds about right. That kinda works for every forum. It's the same reason why the American regulars from EA and on here are some of the best. There's only a handful of them, the chances of running into someone disagreeable is low.

This forum in general only had a handful of members that made you sigh in exasperation.

Yep. No sense of community with such a large and diverse userbase. With a smaller forum like this one, or even using your example, the North American users on EA, everyone knows everyone, and everyone has their personal traits which adds to the dynamic.
