I think were we failed as a forum is that we were not vigilant in eradicating problematic members. Everyone has a snarky day or two but we gave members too much free reign. Unfortunately, I can't see a forum working in the long run if the forum isn't quick to draw the ban hammer when they need it.

I think it's the only thing the other forum has going for them that we didn't have here.

Of course I don't think we should have acted like dictators but nobody respected anyone else's authority.

I haven't been on this forum for ages, but I thought I'd come back briefly to find a thread Jord posted long ago. Something about being classy as fuck that somebody else posted on the original EA forums. If I remember, that is also where Kuled said something very embarrassing back in the day.

Polish football sucks. I fucking hate the team I love because of the idiot management. I can't associate myself with the squad, the staff or the coach and especially not the owners. I'm ashamed to be a Wisla fan at the moment.

At least however bad it get's, we aren't in Rangers position.

btw I was doing a forum (and later google as this forum's search sucks) search and unsurprisingly a couple of dupe accounts with my name were made, I suspect mostly by Forest.

This is the first legit time I came back fyi, if anybody cares.

I care. Can you at least visit from time to time then? I actually do miss alot of the old members who are gone.

I might check back once a month or something but even that I see no point in doing. I've gotten on well the past year without the distraction that is this forum.

Not to sound elitist or anything, but the only forum I post on at the moment is a forum of a much higher intellectual standard than this one and I haven't been happier.

Oh and I told Grenade this a long time ago but while I was on here, I was lieing about my age. It was a sad little lie that started on the EA forum that continued on here and I didn't think it was a good idea to reveal at the time. But now I don't give a fuck so whatev. I am 19 years old going 20 later this year.

I am actually surprised none of the veterans caught it, cause on the EA forums my age was set to like 24.

I historically always had my forum age set to above 18 in case of restricted content or whatever and I registered on EA back in like 2007 when I was like 13.

In hindsight, I should've revealed it when this forum was first created but I didn't think this forum would catch on and survive until it did.

edit: And I was last year too, it was my first year.

I actually did go to Venezuela for two years and all that as well. Most real-life stuff that I wrote about here did happen to some degree anyway. The only part I made up 'to fill in the gaps' was the time I spent in Europe. I did visit Poland every summer for most of my life though, and several winter holidays as well, but I never lived or studied there. I might have made up how many Wisla games I've gone to as well, it can't realistically number more then 30 or 40.
