Just found an old Arnold Schwarenegger bodybuilding book in the attic. It's one of the most unintentionally homoerotic things I've ever seen, I guess the 80's were a pretty gay generation.

Not only that but bodybuilding is inherently homoerotic.

I recently decided to once and for all kick my nail biting habit. Only to discover that nails get dirty.

I like to pick that white stuff out from under them as well. That's usually how it starts.

Freud would say I have an oral fixation because my mother never breastfed me.

I'm always chewing or gnawing on something though, bottle caps, toothpicks, earphone wires, and of course nails. Anything really.

I'm trying to break the habit. I often catch myself with my nail in my mouth mid chomp.

I've tried gum but for it to be really be effective I'd have to chew gum 24/7 because I chew on things without even noticing.

Pretty embarrassing habit in itself but I also come from a culture where nail biting is considered effeminate.
