Re: Chat Thread
I just realized that I can keep my hulu plus account without paying a dime. Last month I got a hulu plus account. I'm a member of the bing rewards program and had enough reward points for a free month of hulu plus. I already have netflix but was curious as to what Hulu Plus has to offer so I signed up (need credit card) and used my rewards points to get a code that gives me a free month of hulu plus, so I haven't paid a dime yet.
My billing is on March 14, I'm already on 615 points and you only need 625 for the free month of hulu plus. You can earn up to 30 points per day. So if some earns 30 points a day in 21 days he'll have enough for a free hulu plus subscription, there's more than 21 days in each month. Get my drift?
Of course, it's only like 7.99 a month for the service, so unless you're on a tight budget it's probably not worth the 60 bing searches a day.
It's just something peculiar I just noticed. Free hulu plus for the diligent.

Re: Chat Thread
I have 2691 lifetime credits.
Which translates to 1200 Microsoft points and a month subscription to hulu plus. (well 2 free subscriptions to hulu plus, since tomorrow I'll probably do that.)
There's nothing in the world that's better than getting free shit. 'Cause not even water is free in this city.

You should open up extra accounts. You are allowed up to 4.
It is a bit tedious, but I have now basically switched over to Bing, so I get loads of free stuff.

It's about the quality, not quantity of the acquisition. I'd rather have a polska and glen than 10 TF members. Unless it was 10 bladegunners.

Agreed, I would rather have 10 Bladegunners than 10,000 Donald Trumps who not only post consistently, but also pour money into the forum to improve it.Dagbon wrote:It's about the quality, not quantity of the acquisition. fuck man, el_indian had me paranoid as fuck today
I'm at the bus stop texting him and every time I sent a message like 5 seconds later this indian guy stood near me at the bus stop would get his phone out and text and then like 20 seconds later I would get a reply. Fucking hell it was so fucking creepy.

I've got a few weeks to decide so I'll see. I'm definitely joining the Squash and rugby league teams though so there's another way to meet people..
If you decide to go to Manchester Met and I get in give us a pm and we can do a Playmaker meet up for Freshers haha.

I'm going to be joining football and tennis teams. Miss playing them both competitively.
Deffo mf. I was also thinking of becoming a Bury fan as my 2nd team if I go Manchester. The obvious choice would be United or City, but that's too mainstream for me. Supporting Bury would be so indie.

I'd consider tennis but haven't played it for ages and miss rugby league.
Zzonked will you still be at university come September? I fancy a game with you saying you will destroy me!
If you want to come watch Bury my friend you will be welcomed with open arms and Ice hockey is too mainstream, water polo is the way forward.
If I don't stay in halls first year (probably not at the minute) then I'm getting a metrolink pass so I can ride around like a boss and then for the 2nd year looking at private accommodation with a few people.
Its not that I don't want to but with me living so close it seems a bit pointless for the amount.. If I go Chester then I will definitely be living in the halls.
