I love Denver's fitness coach sat behind George Karl. He is just as insane as the bird man was (On reflection, maybe not).

Novak changed his release in the offseason to make it quicker because during the playoffs Miami just rushed him off the line and he couldnt do a thing.

One guy who needs to tweak up his shot to become a good player is Evan Turner. I know he has improved considerably, but still needs more work.

Yes.

There is an option for 1 team or all of them, if you do make sure it is the NBA International Pass. I would go for all teams, you can watch it on your Xbox. And, the live quality is beautiful with a good connection.
