Disagree, I think they acted like a fully grown adult that was extremely wound up and thought it was going against them, they acted wrong but I don't think a 2 year old would be doing what they done.menalawyerguy wrote:Yes, everybody acted like a 2 year old deprived of his blanky yesterday.kyro7 wrote:Well to be fair Pardew was complaining about Fergie's antics yet Newcastle staff were going mental at officials yesterday and when Pardew thought the goal wasn't given he was running all over the place shouting at people so...

Apparently, it is disorderly to criticise referees in a calm and composed manner, but what Ferguson did is acceptable.

Form doesn't trump substance. Redknapp implied there was some sort of scandalous conspiracy going on and Mancini personally insulted a ref. that said, I do think obnoxious temper tantrums like SAF's should not go unpunished.Glen Damon wrote:http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/20859154

I can't believe SAF attacked Newcastle as a small club. He usually only does that when the club in question is threatening our position. What on earth is going on?

Fergie's deffo cracking up. First 'He could have been killed', and now this random outburst.
He'll be gone in the summer I reckon. Win the league and he'll leave on a high.

It's hardly a random outburst, and the comment after the Swansea game took all the attention off the performance and the fact we'd dropped points..

Re: Manchester United FC Official Thread
It was pretty random.
Wasn't really any need for 'I am Manchester United manager. Not the manager of a wee club in the North East'
It reminded me a bit of Derek Brannings exit from Eastenders. I AM DEREK BRANNING. HEAD OF THIS FAMILY.
Hopefully Fergie goes the same way

Rio's 1st training session at MUFC & 1st thing he does is give the ball away. Solskjaer's response: "How much did you cost again?"

Daily Mail saying Arsenal want Nani as they "gave us" van Persie.
Yeah, for £24m.

Predictions for the game? I'll say 3-2 or 3-1.

Didn't need to rest Robin, he'd get 11 days after the Wigan game if we rested him for the fa cup, fuck sake.Cameron. wrote:De Gea / Smalling, Vidic, Evans, Evra / Valencia, Carrick, Cleverley, Young / Kagawa, Welbeck

I don't think there's ever been a lineup without at least one thing for you guys to complain about.

Would have rather started Hernandez than Welbeck but I'm okay with that team.

With how poor Valencia has been I'd rather Welbeck there than him, with RvP up front.

Re: Manchester United FC Official Thread
Completely disagree, this team between Young, Welbeck, Carrick, Cleverley and Kagawa can all play the ball and I think we should see some good football today, Hernandez would ruin it on paper and we need to give Welbeck game time, but I think he could have played in support of Robin.Kuled wrote:Would have rather started Hernandez than Welbeck but I'm okay with that team.

When was the last time either Kagawa or Welbeck played? I reckon this will be a struggle and we'll end up needing both Chich and RvP to save us.

Re: Manchester United FC Official Thread
Long time, I think Welbeck could not play for 4 years and still come back and play better football than Hernandez though, I think we'll lack the killer instinct though which is where Robin should come in at some point.Cameron. wrote:When was the last time either Kagawa or Welbeck played? Welbeck isn't as clinical though, I know Hernandez wasn't either in the last game but he's still a better finisher than Welbeck

In my opinion Hernandez is just a complete mess of a player when he starts games for us and he makes me sick if I'm honest.

Hmm good point, he was poor vs Norwich and poor vs Newcastle.
