Quite a fair bit but I don't care about that now because we won our games and I've moved on from those money losses.

My friend, it is a possible situation, especially considering Van Persie would not have been expecting it, his neck muscles would have been relaxed and more loosened making the situation very dangerous. I think that their is little doubt that Williams should have been sent off for the incident. I also fail to understand people that are saying it must be dangerous to stand in the wall for a freekick with the ball potentially hitting you in the face, it is absolutely different. Your neck muscles will be tence and you can prepare yourself for the hit.

If Van Persie didn't dive then Williams wouldn't have been able to kick the ball at him, this should teach him a lesson. Fergie shouldn't be complaining about Van Persie's punishment but should instead be having a word with him so he doesn't dive again.

No, this is what happens when the likes of David Moyes encourage players that get "stuck in" and physical over the likes of Cazorla and van Persie who are outrageously skilful but take the occasional dive.

Van Persie's temperament there would be very worrying if I was a Manchester United fan especially when he inevitably bottles it in the champions league, you need somebody cool, calm and collective in those situations.. someone like Dimitar Berbatov.
