The customs problem is just ireland, they've specifically detailed it somewhere on their website. They claim to offer refunds though.
It'll probably stay there till it's shipped or something.

Oh so it came eventually? I think it worked out alright though because it disappeared from my basket now. I got a e-mail receipt from paypal, but I haven't gotten anything from soccertriads. Don't know if I'm supposed to though.

Nope, I asked for a refund as well, they refused, and sent ANOTHER shirt out. I'd also complained that my shirt was lost in mail before I received the customs letter, and they sent me another one, that was at the end of October, the customs one was mid-November, and I've heard nothing about either shirt. Bit of a mess.
