I feel Rooney is among a fair few players in this list, but I don't think he's third best so it doesn't matter too much, if I was going for one guy on top of his game that I just thought wow, it's probably Zlatan man.. but for consistency in high level performances and coming up when it matters, it's gotta be Iniesta for me.

I feel like pure talent wise Neymar is the third best he moves with the ball and goes by players the way only Messi and Ronaldo do, however he is basically unproven compared to alot of the others on the list so I'll go with Xavi.
