    Good Laptops Empty Good Laptops

    Hello.

I currently have some Toshiba Satellite laptop, which was £329.99. It's proper shit though, it can handle word-processing, internet etc but then as soon as you throw iTunes and FM into the mix it goes mega slow.

I will be investing in a new laptop soon, maybe 6-9 months time to have time to save. I do have a budget, maybe anything more than £500 would be a bit too much, which throws a Mac out of the question Laughing

I am going to be using this for University too, FM-playing, downloading loads of stuff etc. I'd also like a Matte screen if possible to avoid the glare.

    Suggestions?

What Satellite do you have? I have one and it runs all those things fine, often together.

Well if you plan on buying 6-9 months later, don't ask for suggestions now. Technology is quickly improving and there will be something better out there by that time.

Good laptops cost more than £500. Build your own desktop, will cost less and be better. It's easy to learn how.
