It's not on all the time, I shut it over at night and if I go out, just rarely shut it down. Probably not good for it though

I'm going back to 1860 on FM13 towards the end though. Although I don't think there facilities are as good as they were on FM12 so I doubt I'll get amazing regens every youth intake
