If Man City go out in the groups again, what will it take for Mancini to keep his job? Winning the league surely isn't enough after all of the money spent.

I would try lure Guardiola into the job next summer, reckon they could make a pretty good case in terms of creating history. I think i'm right in saying Man City are putting a lot of money into training/youth facilities (if they haven't already done that).
