So much for the fantasy of "citizen's arrest." Citizen here is lucky cop didn't call for back up, pull him over, taze him, beat him and arrest him for obstruction, leaving him in a coma for several weeks with permanent brain damage, paralysis and a huge legal and medical debt. Fortunately, this cop had a sense of humor and just laughed at him.
