Forest, have you had the MMU prospectus? Fucking hell it's awesome! The business school they have is right next to a campus, which if everything goes well I could apply for. It's right next to the main city centre too.
I was definitely sold.

Can a Player Kick the Ball While the Keeper is Handling It?
According
to the Laws of the Game, neither a player on the keeper's team nor an
opposing player can kick the ball while the keeper is handling it. As a
keeper, the Laws of the Game state that you cannot be challenged by an
opposing player while handling the ball. In addition, the Laws of the
Game include violations for playing in a dangerous manner. This is
defined as performing any action that may injure either another player
or yourself, regardless of which team the other player is on.
If you attempt to kick the ball while either your keeper or the opposing
team's keeper is handling it, the Laws of the Game state that you must
be penalized for playing in a dangerous manner. Depending on the desired
outcome of this dangerous play and whether or not contact was made
between players, this violation is penalized with a free kick, penalty
kick or the offending player being sent off for the violation

It's the internet's way of telling you to buy an S3.

That's rubbish, I've seen plenty of comparisons and One X coming out on top with battery life, I don't really need a microSD either when I have 30gb of storage. My original comment was nothing to do with one or the other winning or being better.. they're both similar, S3 has had much more money spent on advertising so it got a huge advantage over this in popularity, though I'd say S3 edges it slightly, much prefer the look of One X and the way it's made, the quality feel of it is so much higher than S3, but then I'd say the S3 is more comfortable in the hand.luke. wrote:kyro7 wrote:Buy a One X, S3 is too popular.

Thought about getting a One X, heard shitloads of complaints about the battery, and no microSD support so S3 wins.

S-Voice is fucking shite, that's what made me go for the One X, the fact it's cheaper.. they're pretty similar and I like it, plus I know quite a few people with S3 and it seems to be a big S3 v iPhone 5 thing, I like that the One X is kinda quiet. If you want to impress people you're better off with the S3 though.luke. wrote:kyro7 wrote:That's rubbish, I've seen plenty of comparisons and One X coming out on top with battery life, I don't really need a microSD either when I have 30gb of storage. Yeah but with the S3 you can buy a bigger battery as the backplate is removable
And yeah, I actually might end up going for the One X, as it's a bit cheaper as well, although stuff like S-Voice and that is pretty cool.

Get the Note 2 then and their S3's will look like toys.luke. wrote:kyro7 wrote:S-Voice is fucking shite, that's what made me go for the One X, the fact it's cheaper.. they're pretty similar and I like it, plus I know quite a few people with S3 and it seems to be a big S3 v iPhone 5 thing, I like that the One X is kinda quiet. I don't want to impress people with my phone If anything people might be more impressed with the One X due to its underdog status and how powerful it is. Three people in my class have S3's now as well
My only gripe with the S3 is just the fact it's such an expensive phone and when I have my hands on it, it feels so cheap and looks horrible to me.Mal wrote:S Voice is terrible. I disabled it straight away.
One X and S3 are very similar but I prefer the S3.
