DA3 is only humans playable, but I think they are at least letting you change the humans origin story.

I always pick Dwarves. I don't like the 'dashing hero/heroin who everyone wants to fuck' stereotype. It's boring, and predictable.
It's why I always pick or make players that are not only unattractive but almost grotesque.
