FIFA 13 Ultimate Team

Not even sure Glen, but it's the team I've had for the whole Ultimate team bar about 4 matches.

Just lost my first game 3-2. The bullshit is raging as much as ever. 24 shots, 19 on target, compared to 4 shots 2 on target. His game winning goal was a tackle on my centre-back from about 12 yards out that went directly in. I had a breakaway in the 90th minute and Aguero did the tackling animation on the ball...

You know how you can be susceptible to counter attacks from corners? I kept all four defenders back, and he just puts a 40 yard through ball straight past all my defenders and right on Eto'o's feet. Obviously he scores.

Alright feeling a bit better, beat some guy 3-1 and it should have been like 6-1. Aguero's hit 4 woodworks in 2 games and I've given up 3 penalties in two games (saved one). 2/3 were me hitting the clear button and ending up falcon kicking the guy for a penalty.

Bidded on a player only to find out my bid didn't go through, and I lost. Now my money's gone too.

EDIT: Ok, I got the money back.

Lol. Just beat a guy with Ronaldo and Hazard 4-2. Probably my best game yet too. Of course I lose against the worst team I played, and play my best game against the best team I played.

EDIT: Just beat another guy with a shit Serie A team 7-0. Think I actually like this team... Going into the finals.

Lost in penalties to a fucking sweat BPL team. I wasn't down the entire game. The game went 1-0, 1-1, 2-1, 2-2. etc. until 4-4 in extra time where he equalized with the last kick of the ball. He managed to save all 4 of my penalties, what the fuck are the chances. All of them were fairly well placed, none of them were like awful.

Podolski is a monster at CF.

Think I just have to accept that I'm going to be losing matches quite often on this FUT. Not used to losing this many matches on ultimate team.

Playing a team with Biabany, Lucas Moura, and Wellington.

Marin just jumped over Hart's hands to score off a cross in the 91st minute with 1 minute of added time. Nice.

EDIT: Won the finals in pens, that was a close call. If I lost that it would have been 2 finals in a row I'd lost in pens without being down the entire game.

How can you keep players back incase of the counter attack? I was on ultra defensive and as soon as he got the ball I only had 3 defenders back.

Edit: Can I play someone who's good, as it might just be me being shit at the game?

In other news, think this is the first game (besides one where I played with my Canadian team vs like an 82 rated team) that I have actually genuinely deserved to lose. Guy was pretty good.

Just got more angry at Fifa than ever when I lost 6-3 after being 2-1 up. Literally for 60 minutes of that game I was constantly insulting my self asking myself why i kept committing to a tackle or trying to dribble with my full backs. Along with punching my bed about 50 times when I went 4-2 down and kicking my radiator. I don't know what happened

Think if I could bottle my rage for FIFA 13 I would already have more than all of FIFA 12.

A while ago when I had no team I was tempted to save up and get a Premier League team with RvP up top, but he could never live up to my expectations after seeing you go on about him like you do

I rarely get mad at games, but when I keep doing stupid stuff it really annoys me. I try to improve without playing the game unrealistically but I constantly press B to tackle which if I don't win the tackle rips open my defence. I've already toned down the way I defend because it used to be really aggressive with my centre backs pushed right up to the half way line, trying to get in front of the striker before the ball got to him. I might have to go back to that because defending deep is just as bad when I try to tackle.

Created two noob teams, one Premier League and one Ligue 1, for a total of 45k. 3-5-2 of course.

I'm 11 games unbeaten and loving it. Just going to sell my coins when I get to like 350k I think.

Is PS3 servers down/ Can't even sign in.

Might make this, can't think of anyone better than Maxwell, in time I'd hope to improve on Higuain, Sakho and Barzagli.

Also.. midfield work-rates are extremely important.

the CM better have low or medium / high workrate or you are going to get fucked.

The LCM and RCM can fluctuate between high/high or med/med or high/med

But that CM really has to be defensive.
