Send a trade offer to the one with a 899k BIN if you want to use him for some matches. LF and in 4321 so might be better of buying a LM instead.

I don't touch price fixed stuff, way too risky even if you've already sold some at that price. Especially with cards that everyone knows are price fixed, I imagine not many people are willing to pay 160k for a 69 rated Sterling.
