Again, generally speaking, no we don't. Sure, there are some parts of the country that say "Eye Rack." But the vast majority of us do not pronounce it that way. Watch or listen to our news casts. Listen to our politicians speak. Most people outside of the south do not pronounce it "Eye Rack." You don't know what you're babbling about.
You have a stronger point with Moscow. A lot of us do say it that way (not yours truly though).
