Executive Committee members Amos Adamu and Reynald Temarii have been suspended and fined by FIFA following an investigation into vote-selling accusations.
Adamu will serve a three-year ban from all football-related activities while Temarii will be suspended for one year.
The duo were filmed by The Sunday Times while asking for money in return of their votes as reporters from the British paper claimed they were officials from the USA 2022 bid.
The vote will take place on December 2nd with only 22 votes after excluding Adamu and Temarii.
