No. It's not a typo. You had the intention of cutting an pasting, and if for some reason you claim you didn't, it doesn't matter. You used "Wigan" instead of "Blackpool" there is no possible way that counts as a typo. "Blackpoo" "lackpool" are typos. You changed the word entirely, that is not a typo.
