Someone probably bough a bunch of packs, needed to make rooms so just started using the contracts on a player he expected to keep.

Think you might overpaid though. Considering formation cards where going for dirt cheap a bit ago. Bough got a couple of of formation cards worth 5k two days ago for 150 coins today.

oops, I mean position cards. Got formation cards too.
