I started one with Aston Villa aswell. They have so many talented young players. I sold Bent, got a new GK, LB and winger and I'm firing on world class atm. Agbonlahor has two hattricks in three league matches, without using his speed except for one counter. Got some lucky ones in, though.
Who'd you class as talented young players? I kept Bent, tried selling Gabby but didn't work.
Signed Piazon and Nesta on a free to captain the side.
Clark, Bannan, Delph, Carruthers, Gardner, Albrighton and Benteke are all talented. Lichaj and Lowton are decent too. I brought in Shaw and Smithies as future stars aswell. Brought in Piatti too, as I reckon he isn't too happy at Valencia because he hardly plays and I act as a coach who wants attractive football and Spanish influences definitely help.
I have a big imagination.

What are your reasons? Ultimate team is pretty bad with how fast it is, but H2H seasons feels pretty well paced. First touch is realistic, 99% of the time you will take the ball perfect if you aren't sprinting. Obviously if you are sprinting you wont take the ball perfectly, just like in real life not many players take the ball perfectly when sprinting fully.

The first touch is a factor. It's caused everyone to try and play one touch passing football in order to avoid the terrible first touch and that makes the game insanely erratic. Other than that, it just feels like game-play has stagnated and might have even gone backwards. Everything that I had a problem with in FIFA 12 hasn't been addressed. The tackling system is still really irritating. I feel like I can never win the ball without it going too far forward and allowing the opposing team to instantly win it back. I make a perfectly timed tackle or I adjust my player in order to intercept a pass and for some fucking reason he still manages to miss the ball. It's just not enjoyable in the slightest.

Yes, I really enjoy playing Career Mode. It's always the game mode that I play the most but I usually spend a decent amount of time on the others as well. This year, after 10 online games, I can safely say that Career Mode is the only thing I'll be playing. At least there I can adjust sliders to make the game playable and enjoyable.

Re: FIFA 13
Daniel Sturridge is a fucking beast online and offline.
I'm failing to see how so many are having issues with fist touch. This season it's seems as realistic as what you'd find in a real match. You can see the difference between a first touch from Carzola compared to someone like Charlie Adam. Also the difference between hauling the rock at speed versus not at speed is also excellently translated.

Is it possible to resign from International management in Career Mode? It's becoming an inconvenience.

Why not just sim the games? Can't be all that difficult.Pico wrote:Is it possible to resign from International management in Career Mode? It's becoming an inconvenience.
Also, I'm really liking FIFA this year, apart from FUT I think they've improved in every mode. I was kind of iffy about the gameplay but it's really grown on me now.
