Number one for sure. That's very interesting. Borden and Angier from The Prestige are the clearest examples but Guy Pearce's character from Memento (a murderer) and Cobb from Inception(a criminal) can also be classed as traditional anti-heros. Hell, you could even argue that Bruce Wayne is an anti-hero, seeing as he's a vigilante who's taken the law into his hands.

Three is terrible. It's really difficult to argue it without getting very technical and I probably would be uncomfortable with that. Also, in what universe is Con-Air the greatest movie of all time anyway?

Two is probably the simplest but it's really boring. You should definitely go for one.
