This, in Arsenal, City or United he would be in a side that plays like he wants to play, with Liverpool he joined a struggling club and team that doesn't currently have anything close to a style of play, and certainly nothing that would suit him. As he was with Ajax i think the connection to be made how Babel completely failed there too, you either fit in Liverpool or it doesn't work at all, tore whatever Ryan had apart and now he is home, it would be nice with Suarez back for Ajax but he is too good, expensive and still has something to show in PL, maybe for another team.
I am positive he would score and create a lot more for a side like one of those 3, i don't think any other team in the league could have signed him and he certainly wouldn't fit Chelsea at the time either.
As mentioned by someone else, in Uruguay he is often the best and they are certainly doing better as a team than Liverpool.

I agree in some extent, I'd argues it's the players around him now, as the system we're looking to play will suit him perfectly well, but the Babel part is untrue. He did fit into our system, his first season was fantastic. However, his attitude was shockingly bad. Rather than upping his game/effort to get a place in the team, he sulked about it. The lad was very talented, but he was lazy.

Just saw a headline that goes well with this conversation. "Suarez Walks Alone."

I guess you are right about that, i always got the impression when i saw Ryan play for Liverpool that he just didn't fit in, but perhaps that wasn't during his first season, admittedly bit unclear on when but it was still a time when i found Liverpool entertaining to watch even if they didn't always win. His attitude has always been questionable, it is sadly a trait often seen in the Netherlands by players with a different heritage than the dutch. Although the cases are quite few, some prolific players have showed these traits such as Ryan Babel or Eljero Elia (Fantastic talent, no discipline) of the players that have been around a bit, but also Gregory Van Der Wiel who was just shipped off to PSG from Ajax have shown the same issues.
As for further Suarez comments i may be a bit blinded by his ability even though the only thing he ever got Ajax was cup trophies and a hell of a lot of league goals, but above that the fight and work rate in him was nearly always top (Over the top on occasions, like biting people). I have repeated myself a bit on Suarez when saying that in 2010 there were talks around the club and fans that Manchester United was making a move for him based of his World Cup performance and his continuously growing goal record with Ajax. I can't help of wonder of what could have been for him there, instead it ended up being Liverpool where the amazing things are fewer and further apart, it started out fairly well, but with all the hopes for when Liverpool's greats came back from injuries didn't really happen, and they don't look like they are much better off now than they were before Suarez came to the club.
But well i digress, at least there is this

Suarez' bad play tends to come out of frustration at the fact that he knows he's got the talent to be playing at a higher level than he is. Since he's joined Liverpool we've been in a transitional stage, this summer we went back to square one yet again, it's only natural that his frustration shows on the pitch.

Saw the a great tweet earlier.
"Take Suarez goals away from Liverpool and they'd be bottom through" the reply "Yeah but if you took Gandalf out of Lord Of The Rings and the fellowship really would of struggled."
