My thoughts.
Guess i can pick any of the matches to go too, there are not gonna be any boring fixtures for Ajax.
Nordsjælland could have gotten a better group, its very hard for them but at least Juventus and Chelsea are big opponents that can held draw in some money for them to continue challenging for the leagu.
I didn't quite understand why some teams couldn't go in specific groups, we don't have any issues like Inter and Milan sharing stadium and of course teams from the same country or pot can't either but for example why was Nordsjælland not able to be drawn in pot 4 (Yes i very much hoped for that or group B for Ajax.)

This, I would rather have City's group purely for the fan point of view but I suppose the opportunity to get to the final and win the competition is the main thing you want.

When you're in pot three, you get fucked. Earn your ass out of pot 3 and you might get some easier draws.

Wasn't Iniesta injured most of the year last season? How can you play well for a month and a half and win?

Re: UEFA Champions League Draw
Well i think its well deserved that he receives it in a year where Spain won the Euro again.
Even though the journalists are asked to vote on this seasons performance you can't help but think that they are gonna count who deserves it from more than just that season. Iniesta has 3 trophies that its unlikely the other 2 will ever get.(Messi might if Argentina can get it together) So overall Iniesta deserves some recognition for that although i believe Xavi should have been nominated in top 3, but i guess he still can be for Fifa player of the year.

City go from 6/1 to 10/1 to win the CL.
What are the odds now?

You people underrate him, he really is one of the best players in the world. Messi is the best overall, of course, but since Spain won the Euros this year and Iniesta was a big part of that - it's not that big of a surprise.

It is to me, is he one of the best in the world? Sure, but Messi scored 72 goals and Ronaldo 60. Winning an international tournament rarely affect the votes (see 2004, 2008, 2010) why should it now?

I expect all Spanish teams to go through tbh. Malaga is a 50/50 since they've lost key players
