Exactly. I really don't see what's wrong with attempting the way Szczesny himself would pronounce it. Like Dan says, we're not always going to get it right but in cases like this when the name is virtually unpronounceable in English, what are we meant to do? Not say his name? Make him change his name to Walter Smith?

If they are in England, an it's virtually impossible to say their name then they should adopt an English name. That's why you get thousands of Chinese students with random English names.
