He was good up until the final. Even in the final all he did wrong was dick about for too long which set up Mexico's first goal, then Juan decided to be a dick head and Rafa got subbed off.

That's been basically his pre season. He'll be fit, I'd play him. I hate Valencia at right back.

sure rooney and kagawa upfront looked superb but its clear hernandez/welbeck is not good enough to lead the line when either rooney or kagawa cant play there through rotation or injury

i still would welcome RVP

Nah of course, if he joins he'll be welcomed but I don't feel we crazily need him, I'm happy with Welbeck being back up to them, always puts in a good shift and plays well.. when he plays we tend to do well and score a few even if his finishing is off due to his movement hold up and link up.

Hmm I don't an out an out DM when we're playing 2 CM's.. I want someone that is more box to box but solid defender, though it's hard to pick one out for a decent price.

Cleverley played good as well, thought he got injured twice when he got snapped.
