Watched the Sailing with Ainslie and Jonas Høgh, so weird that Gold and Silver medal takers end on the last two places. Not a good race by the Dane.
Ainslie becomes the most decorated sailor in Olympics beating out an old Danish record which was 4 Gold Medals, Ainslie has 4 Gold and a Silver.
Our Mens Doubles is competing for gold in Badminton at the moment against the 2nd seeded Chinese pair, they beat the first seeded Chinese pair yesterday.
