I think he'll be more of a provider this year. Barcelona didn't really have an out-and-out striker for the whole season, so Messi scored so many. I really can't see him breaking his own record this season, even though people say that every year.

I think he will do less than last season, like 10-15 less. Cesc and Villa will take a bigger chunk of the Barca goals.

Can't see Cesc and Villa scoring more than Messi. Last season, Barca depended on Messi too much. But with Villa back, they have more options and Messi might not end up scoring as much as he did last season.

Where did i say they would be scoring more than Messi? I said of the Barca goals not of Messi goals. Villa will poach a lot i think, something that Messi ended up doing quite a bit last season and i think Cesc said that he is confident that he will fit in the team even better this season which could mean that he will make his tally larger. In no way do i expect the two to score more than Messi, barely even combined.

Well you said "Cesc and Villa will take a bigger chunk of the Barca goals." Sounds to me like you mean they will score more than Messi.
