What song is this?

I've got a song I'm trying to remember but I don't know how it goes. It was on the TV a lot sometime in the early 2000's. All I know is that the music video was kind of cartoon-like. If someone knows how to find a list of top 40 songs from 2000-2005 or has an idea what song this is please reply. I hate not being able to think of a certain song.

EDIT: There is also some old PC game from around the same time that I can't remember much about. It's called Element or something similar but I can't find the proper name. That's all I remember about it.

Can you elaborate on the cartoony-ness of it? Like was it an actual cartoon or just a CGI animation-type thing? Also, any ideas on the genre?

Back to the OP, the only cartoony videos I can think of from the early 00s are by Daft Punk & Gorillaz.

How did you get it? I haven't heard it in years and I wouldn't of remembered it unless it was on my Ipod.

I have no idea It was in my head the other day, that's why I wanted to post it for the sake of it.

I didn't think it fitted the cartoon description, and I had no idea it was on a game or anything. It's a tune though

It's not on the game I was on about, that's completely separate but is a game I want to try again as it seemed good when I was younger.

I searched all the number ones of the early 2000's expecting to find the song but didn't. Thought that it would have been number one.

Got to number 3 in the UK.

Another song I want to know the name off. It's on the coming up part of the Olympics but Shazam doesn't work as people are talking over it.
