Let's say you are a defender in La Liga. Your team is bottom of the table and it is the final day of the season, you have no chance of survival and you are facing Barcelona who have the amazing Messi in there team. Barcelona have already won La Liga and this is the final game of the season for them as well. Earlier in the season you played against Barcelona and you had to mark Messi, he tore you to shreds and scored 7 goals and Barcelona won 12-0.
It's the 82nd minute, you are losing 8-0. Messi has already scored 5 goals and if he gets one more he will hit triple figures for goals scored in a season (He is on 99 goals for those of you who are a bit slow) he is stood infront of you with the ball at his feet. He is doing stepovers and he is mesmerising you with his silky skills, he puts it through your legs. He runs past you, but another defender comes to close him down. Messi is stood in front of this chap doing the same routine he used on you. He is only 10m away from you, you have all this rage at Messi. You worked hard to be where you are today and this little midget is making you look like a fucking idiot. You run at full speed (which is actually fairly fast) you have a choice.....
1) Do you shoulder him off the ball, giving away a freekick which Messi may then score off
2) Do you try and tackle Messi fairly, but by doing this you give Messi the chance to make you look like an idiot
or lastly
3) Do you two foot the fucker and break his fucking leg so his career is over, you get a red card and get a huge ban and you and the club have to pay a fine and players get mad at you?
I would probably two foot the fucker and teach him not to mess with me
