Don't the owners have to take some sort of test before they can run a PL club?
I understand it is mainly based on the business side of things but they should be able to show some kind of footballing knowledge. It is disgusting that they were allowed to buy Blackburn when they didn't even know about relegation!
This is only gonna get worse for both the club and the owners they should just sell up before they blow a few more million......From talks of Ronaldinho to this
