If you do some research, apparently, the Spanish fans were yelling "Tonto!", which means silly, when Balotelli tackled Pique. I also didn't hear any monkey chants so it sounds like bs to me but I apologize if I'm wrong. Heard only the mirror, which I posted above, or daily mail reported it.
Also, Balotelli, promized to walk off the pitch if he got abuse so it sounds like even more bs.
