Another gem is still in my youth team, 15-year-old CB Harry Tunnicliffe who's rated between 68 and 72 eek. Potential is 84-90 as well. The thing I love most about him is that he's quite fast (72 sprint speed) and seems to have decent ball-playing skills too. Some of his defensive stats are insane, marking is 79 and standing tackle is 79-91. I might promote him as soon as he turns 16.

    Players In:
Sebastian Bassong: 6m- loan move made permanent.
    Vicente Guaita: Free Agent
Gokhan Inler: £10m from Bayern Munich
    Jeffrey Gouweleeuw from Heerenveen: £11m
Luuk De Jong on a season long loan from FC Twente
Lars Bender from Bayer Leverkusen: £13m
    Nicolas Burdisso from Sevilla: £2m

    Players Out:
    Salvatore Aronica: retired
Emmanuel Adebayor: loan return to Man City
Morgan De Sanctis to Lecce: £2.3m
    Marco Donadel to Lille: £2.1m
    Lassana Diarra to Sevilla: £14m

Napoli 1-0 Pescara Coppa Nazionale 2nd Round (Cavani)
Napoli 4-1 AC Milan Supercoppa (Lavezzi, De Jong 2, Insigne)
Real Madrid 2-1 Napoli UEFA Super Cup Final (Hamsik)

Couldn't turn down 14m for Lass, double what I payed Madrid for him last season. Laughing

Regular team looks a bit like this:

    Zieler

    Santacroce, Cannavaro, Gouweleeuw

    Alves, Cigarini, Bender, Dempsey

    Hamsik, Cavani, Lavezzi

That's some pretty good stats. I've never invested into the youth teams, I probably will now seeing those results. study

I started a CM with Crawley a while back, managed to win the league first season with 111 points. Won the play-offs the second season and just missed out on them again in the Championship. Got offered the Blackburn job and took it. I did want the Charlton job, they got taken over when they were in the Championship bot got relegated the same season.

    Ryan (75)
    Lowe (74) - Dann (83) - Samba (79) - Olsson (83)
    Hoillett (84) - N'Zonzi (84) - Wanyama (79) - McClean (80)
    Ajdarevic (77)
    Defoe (81)

    Subs: Robinson (78), Dunk (76), Akpan (71), Wellington Silva (75), Juninho (79), Vukcevic (75), Bennett (74)

I had a lot of re-building to do, on a tiny budget. They had a hell of a lot of players they didn't need so ended up with around £25m to spend once selling everyone. The defence was pretty decent as it was so signed a back-up CB and LB.

Midfield again was good, signed Wanyama for £6m. McClean replaced Pedersen who I got £6m for. Ajdarevic is brilliant, he's a CM but his long shots are immense, 90 shot power, brilliant for shot free-kicks. Juninho was so cheap for his overall, £4m for LA Galaxy. Ryan is young keeper 22, I signed him to eventually replace Robinson. He was £2m and only want £950 per week. Laughing

Wellington Silva is fantastic, great to bring on when you've run the other teams defence ragged. 95 sprint speed, 96 acc and 5* skill moves. Surprised

I'm expected to get them into the Europa League, which is achievable.

EDIT: Coming up against Manchester United, they are playing Carrick and Fletcher at CB. Fryers is the starting LB for them now. Laughing Van der Vaart is starting as a striker with Rooney behind him. scratch

Newcastle have been taken over, wanted the job as they already had a solid team but didn't get offered it. One more season at Blackburn should do it.

    I don't even.

Won the online Euro 2012 with Denmark, using the basic lineup and formation except change real life injured Sørensen with the higher skilled Lindegaard.

    W W D W W W, the Draw was against Spain 1-1.

The final was against England, after first half it was 3-0 Bendtner and 2x Eriksen. I had 35% possession and 3 shots on goal. 2nd half i score right away with Eriksen and then on a well done run by Agger makes it 5-0. Eventually possession stats turn a little as he loses hope completely with the 5th goal, i end up at 42% possession with same amount of shots but 5 more on target than his 3.

Met Poland in the Semi's which was fun and a much tighter match, he was a better player but Bendtner doesn't care, he scores when he wants. Also includes a very odd 6-5 match against Croatia in the Quarters 4 goals by Eriksen and Modric respectively.

Got the Newcastle job, there team was half decent. Sold 33 year old Ribery to Man United for 25m. After selling dead wood I had around 150m my team now:

    Leali (86)
    Walker (83) - Dragovic (84) - Kalas (83) - Willems (80)
    Shaqiri (85) - Casemiro (85) - Sissoko* (82) - A.Johnson* (84)
    De Jong (85) - Cisse* (83)
    Subs: Forster* (80), Lee Chung-Yong* (81), Tiote* (83), Fazio( (81), Carroll* (81), Formica* (78)

    * Was already there.

Casmeiro is on loan, didn't have the funds to get him properly so will sign him next season. Cisse is injured for 5 months so have Carroll starting but I'm about to sign Guidetti. Casmeiro signed before I sold Ribery.

Left City. Finished 2 points off Chelsea in the league, last 16 exit in the CL to Madrid, FA Cup winners. Moved to Arsenal. Deadline day just done, team looks a little like this:

    Szczesny (84)

    Rafael (80), de Vrij (82), Lescott (81), Clichy (82)

    Song (83), Wilshere (84)

    David Silva (89)

    Walcott (84), Aguero (89), Lavezzi (86)

I signed Szczesny, Rafael, De Vrij, Vagner Love, Nigel De Jong and Hugo Mallo.

Somehow, last season, they only qualfied for the Europa League. Probably because outside a good starting XI, the rest of the squad is pretty poor. Bar a 81 rated LB, Ramsey and Gervinho.

Same for me, I usually try getting it to a winger or wide midfielder, makes it harder for them to head it back in.
