Maybe I should customize my formation workrates.. does it actually work? It bypasses the players workrates?

It makes a difference yeah, all I did was go into team management make a team have 4321.. make the CM have high defensive low attacking, and made the ST low defensive, every time I paused at the start to do it I noticed Falcao getting into the box much more and Medel sitting back.
Not hard to just pause and change the formation, takes 1 second.

Ahh, so basically make my own version of the formation I use. Save it, so then I can always just go straight to it, blah blah.

Is what I customized to. As you can see, I have my left side being my more attacking side, not sure why.. but I just want to test it out. Have that whole side going high attack, having the CB on that side sitting back, as well as the holding CM. On the other side, it's more level and balanced.
If this "one side is more attacking" idea works.. I'll switch it to the right instead. Since I'll have Reyes and IF Iraola

Surprised more people don't realize this, all those tards who buy 4-1-2-1-2 players for like 5k extra when they could just start out 4-4-1-1 and switch it.
