Why was this forum created?

Because the ea forum and PW_Prick are fannys.

+ You can't really express your feelings on the new EA Forums, whereas on here you can.

Because the old RF was moved to some shitty new place.

It still doesn't feel the same as the old EA.

The old EA had people you "knew" and a load of randoms.

Everyone "knows" everyone here.

We need to get more randoms, thus more wind up potential.

There is a few reasons as to why this forum is better than the EA forum...

1) EA moved to another forum. One that is much slower, has less functionality, and is not visually appealing. The speed on there is so slow that it's not worth the wait.

2) You have more freedom in this forum. No more stupid swear filters and ridiculous bans & infractions.

3) The best members of the old EA forum are here. On the EA forum, you had much more trolls and plain retards.

The moderators on the EA forums are so strict, they wont even let you say Scunthrope because of the "cunt" in the middle.

I remember this one time there was this friggin hilarious troll on the EA forums, think he was called Icecreamboy or something. He made a complete ass of himself on his first account so he decided to start making multiple accounts and going on all of them at the same time and claimed that all the accounts he made wasn't him despite making it VERY obvious. He litterally made threads saying "i duno why every1 is sayin im dis icecreamboy, im srsly not ive just made acount." That was classic.

We need a few more members tbh.

If you want my honest oppinion, this forum is better than the new ea one but its still shit (no offence to whoever made it).

The old ea forums you could actually have proper football discusions but on here people just post in the chat thread and theres usually not many football topics on here.

I think its that Royal guy or whatever his name is who made this forum and it could have been some forum if they actually went all the way, advertised etc to get more football fans in.

I hardly come on here anymore because its always the same 4-5 people I see talking football, the rest talking be talking about chocolate bars and haircuts and shit like that in the chat place.

We need to advertise.

The best post on the old one was the one about Celtic's back four if they had signed Rod Fanni.

It's shit here compared to the EA forums from 2008 to early 2010.... when everyone got banned and then just spammed the forums, the forums went downhill real quick.

This isn't better than the good period over at EA, although it's better than the current FIFA one, although that's just saying it's the best of the worst.

I never ever went into the Real Football Chat Thread over on the old EA Forums. I was always on the other topics that people made. I do miss those days, I must admit.

It's hard for any site to be noticed to new members after only being live for two months. Real football on EA was popular cos most people were on them forums talking about FIFA.

We made this forum specifically for the people from EA to come over, we've had a few new members but they barely come back cos the stupid URL or some just can't take the banter.

I like these forums better.



The new forum is a joke...slow, and have so many trolls.

We get a few more good members are we're rolling.
