I am tempted to sell SIF Samuel. After an incredible start, his lack of pace has been exposed fairly often, and I reckon Lucio is a much cheaper and more dependable option. Is this a case of form being temporary and class being permanent, or something much more malignant?

Keep him. Mertesacker is my best defender, but some games he gets left in the dust because of his speed. He's my best tackler and best intercepter though, so I stick with him. He's got 39 pace so you can probably work with whatever Samuel's is.

71 pace, apparently, but his acceleration seems dodgy. I need to pay more attention to my tactics, I think I can make my defensive line deeper...do you know how? I wish UT allowed you to customise positioning more precisely, so I could have Samuel doing the Skrtel role and winning headers in the CDM positions while Silva does the Agger role and sweeps up.

Keanoo could tell you more about custom formations in UT

Just out of curiosity, has anyone ever tried a formation with a sweeper?

a 3-5-2/5-2-2-1 with a sweeper would be so defensively beast, I'm sure you guys know, that's what a lot of amateur teams play, because they don't practice offside traps and all that jazz

IF Keanes are so hard to come by, only seen one the last two days. Probably will have to end up overpaying for him.

I made a quite similar team earlier, in a 4-4-2.. but it looked shite, that formation gives it a much better look.. I think I'll try it.. though I wont go with 91 Aguero as he is a ridiculous price for what you're getting, MOTM Falcao and UP Aguero, plus obviously not all of those crazy in forms.

The only real expensive La Liga player I'd get for now is MOTM Falcao, do you think he'll get TOTY?

I think they'll leave him out as he has a MOTM card, but you never know with EA.

They have yet to give someone a higher IF than there MOTM card, so it is likely he wont be in it.
