I would think they would to some extent as it is mainly developed in Canada. Like how MLS was in Fifa Street.

Don't really expect an MLS TOTY (as obviously there wasn't even a bundesliga) but maybe like an "Americas TOTY" (ie. North + South America -> MLS, Liga do Brasil, Mexican League, etc.)
