You have clearly never tried Lucio.Bogdan wrote:Amazing on UT, only defender I had that ever consistently scored from corners.

Anyone got any 48 hour Xbox Live trails? I'll give you 20k for it.
My Xbox Live runs out tomorrow and the new one I ordered won't be here until Monday.

I kind of feel guilty about the number that he scores. It's just not right to score goals each game from corners.Kuled wrote:Yeah I always expect Lucio to score when I have a corner

Lavezzi hasn't scored in the last four, think the new controller isn't as responsive, must be.

No one wants to stick around with this team, was just 5-0 up after 32 minutes and he quit even though I didn't celebrate my goals.

He had a very good team, only teams with like 88-90 attack and 85 midfield and so on seem to want to play me anyway. He was obviously shit though.N wrote:Play better teams. Then celebrate the fuck out of all the goals. Shhhhhhhhhh all the way to the half line.

Look at that video, at first Aguero is set to go one on one and he miss controls it () then does that.

Fucked up the rainbow flick, then you had the balls to go finesse from 22yds out while double covered.
My mind is blown.

There wasn't a rainbow flick, can Aguero even do that?
He honestly just run too far ahead of the ball and when he tried to take it in his stride it hit his heel and went back.

Re: FIFA 12 Ultimate Team
MOTM Lavezzi is the best pure dribbler I've played with. He doesn't feel so fast, but he's perfect with those little sidesteps to get past charging defenders. Great finesse as well. Forlan is starting to feel shit with the players around him.

- Spoiler:
- You might think from the title of this post that I’m about to discuss how hard I’m training or how well/bad training is going but you would only be partially correct. I am actually going to post about what the taste of your sweat actually means. It is eye-opening to say the least.
For the past few weeks I have been doing my trainer rides in my garage. I moved the trainer in there for a few reasons:
So that I could start earlier in the morning and not bother Karen or Chico.
Embrace the suck of being on the trainer without a TV to distract me and find out what I’m really made of.
Create an atmosphere of humidity with all the doors closed like I will experience at Ironman Texas in May.
Sweat profusely so that I can continue to test out my hydration and nutrition plan for Ironman Texas.
With that as way of background I want to tell you that the other day I was sweating profusely and licked my lips and tasted nothing. My sweat was almost like water and I thought it was weird. Typically my sweat will taste salty, but this time it wasn’t. I ignored it and kept going. Then on a morning run I again tasted my sweat and again there was no saltiness to it and now I thought to myself that this is weird and what did it mean.
I went to the all-powerful Google and typed in taste of sweat. One of the first results was titled: Why do sweat, boogers and tears taste salty? I decided not to click that link but just under that was a link titled What Does Your Sweat Taste Like? from Active.com.
It was a very short article about sweat and your diet. If your sweat tasted neutral then you have a balanced diet and are hydrated properly. I self high-fived myself and fist-pumped as well. I had made a slight change in my diet that week where I began to eat more sweet potatoes. I incorporated them in almost every dish and began to remove whole wheat bread from the equation as well. My nut butter and jelly sandwiches were being consumed on rice cakes and my veggie burritos were wrapped in sprout tortillas from Ezekiel as opposed to corn or whole wheat tortillas.
I also was adding in an extra Herbalife smoothie at lunch with the nut butter/jelly rice cakes as well as drinking more tea as my mid-afternoon drink instead of a cup of decaf. My body was feeling much better and I have been able to maintain a weight near 139-141 pounds for more than two weeks. I am typically around that 140 pound mark only around race week but now I was there and holding it.
The rest of the article points out different tastes of sweat and what they mean. Here is the breakdown from the article:
Salty: You have been eating a great deal of carbs: breads, pasta and fried foods.
Sweet: Lots of sugar in the body which can come from fruits, chocolate, candy, or alcohol.
Sour: You’ve had a bit too much dairy and soy products: milk, cheese, or tofu.
Vinegar: Too much protein and animal products, which gets turned into ammonia.
Thick: When your sweat is thick there is a lot of gluten in the body which comes from breads and pastas.
Margaritas: Margaritas…enough said.
After reading this and knowing that my whole wheat intake was replaced by rice cakes made sense, but the fact that it did not taste sweet I thought was odd. With the increase in smoothies I have increased my intake of fruit so one would think it would taste sweet. I also know that I have essentially cut all dairy out of my diet except for HoneyMilk and thus it makes sense that my sweat would not taste sour, and certainly not like vinegar since I don’t eat meat.
This little chart has cleared up my thought process in terms of my neutral tasting sweat for the past few weeks and gives me something to refer to when my sweat does end up tasting different.
