Yea I think this is one of a few odd stats that would be really hard to research. If it was in the back of someone's head one might remember. I imagine something like this has not happened or people would be talking about this.

Everyone who was registered in the league squad gets a medal. Also I could be wrong here but any young players who have a single app get a medal too ?
