Next game was an absolute shocker. lost 2-1. He scored one legitimate goal, I scored one and had 62% possession and double digit shots on target, he had about 2. His game winning goal is a shot from outside the 18 yard box that my goalie parries simply, and it hits off my defender's ass and in.

I'm having one of those spells where I play awfully. Just beat a guy 5-3, had around 22 shot attempts and around 16 on goal and scored 5 which is decent, but gave up 3 goals on like 5 shot attempts.

Yeah, without Akinfenwa now though. So hopefully he can make an impact. I feel like shit is just crazy with two pacey people at CF and ST, not enough control.
To be fair the last guy I played had a decent team (English -> Taylor, Caryol, Westcarr, etc.) but he wasn't that good.

Yeah I'm not agreeing with your current CF.. that really fast guy has no place being in that position.
But success is down to a few factors[these arent all, obv].. right formation for the user, right formation for the player, and right work-rates for the positions.

I'm actually going to play him in ST and Akinfenwa in CF just putting him there for chemistry reasons. Di Natale's first match. [vs Argentinian squad]
The best part?.. not a single goal from Di Natale was saved by EA. What a fucking joke.
But holy shit.. does this man do it all. 4* skills and weak foot.. his in-game stats are incredible as well. I had no idea he was this lethal.. damn.
I'll gladly sell off Zlatan for now. I will definitely miss the aerial presence.. and I will now be unable to out-muscle my way to goal.. but if he produces.. he produces.
I've also noticed that my game-play is much faster now.. since I don't have the 6'5" beast as my CF. Which is nice.

I had a that glitch for like three games where all the replays just show the centre circle and during those three games I scored a bicycle kick from a free-kick from half that was punted into the box and I had a BS goal scored against me that I would have posted here to bitch about (Basically what happened was my goalie parried a fairly easy shot right into the path of my CB running back and it deflected like off his knees and it went into the net before the defender could catch up to it, game winning goal).

German Denis is a great player to just get the ball in the box for him to head it in, good with the ball too. Very underrated imo.
