I reckon that, had Ferguson not pushed the Football Association's hand regarding the Suarez case, Liverpool would have won at least 4 more games and would be challenging hard for 4th place.

Most of them are just potshots from distance or terrible finishes. I think they've had almost an equal amount of shots as Chelsea (the highest in the league) and when you couple that with the fact their players are quite a bit worse than Chelsea's, it's no surprise that so many of them end up going off target.

But I agree, it's just as well Bellamy experienced that patch of form. He basically carried the team to the Carling Cup Final.

Be realistic, no team is going to not hit the woodwork all season, you should look at what happened if like half went in.
