But they're going to be extremely rare. Best option, in my opinion, is to buy packs when the Serie A TOTY is out.

I wish they revealed the order of each TOTY will be.. so I can plan shit.

The TOTY that's just been announced will be in packs tomorrow. Along with the TOTW.

Yeah.. so.. these are ideal times to get some IFs.

What do you mean it'll be the same? The players you want from the La Liga team will be extremely rare and it will be extremely unlikely that you'll pull any of them. The Serie A IFs, on the other hand, won't be as rare while they will still be worth a lot. They provide the best combination of value and scarcity, in my opinion.

Higher the rating.. lower the chances.

I hardly see any statistical changes in the cards though.. TOTY versions still look weak.
